Beyond Beef: Food for Thought Fundraiser

Beyond Beef Food for Thought fundraiserOur third annual fundraiser is fast approaching! This year we've switched up the name and the concept a bit. Previously called "What's Your Beef," Celebrity Chefs were assigned different cuts of beef and tasked with making a unique dish. This year our fundraiser is called "Beyond Beef: Food for Thought" and we're expanding our menu offerings. Chefs will be cooking dishes using a wide variety of ingredients fresh from the farm. For example, Michael Leviton will be crafting a dish with bison short ribs and Jason Bond will be designing a vegetarian offering. (We can't wait to see what they come up with!) The diverse menu is sure to satisfy all palates! The fundraiser has also moved up a month to mid-March, so don't wait to purchase tickets!
