Last night, we kicked off our brand new Restaurant R&D series with our soon-to-be neighbor Liquid Art House.
The night was a a feast for the senses, with a series of stunningly plated dishes showcasing the wide repertoire of Executive Chef Rachel Klein, along with Chef de Cuisine Ensan Wong, Sous Chef Kylee Anderson, and the rest of their culinary army, while General Manager Donnie Simon and his front-of-house team guided the guests throughout the evening.
As Liquid Art House says #eyao= Eat Your Art Out. And eat we did...here are the full details on the food:
Pastry Chef Giselle Miller wowed everyone with her creative and unusual sweets, including an additional off-menu lemon curd and white chocolate "truffle." A divinely sweet ending to a fantastic meal.
Liquid Art House creator Ruta Laukien introduced the restaurant/gallery fusion concept, and went more into detail as the attendees got an exclusive pre-opening tour of the space, complete with the spectacular 11-foot-tall custom-made handcrafted (and hand-delivered from Italy!) Murano glass chandelier. Our photos can't do it justice, so you will definitely have to stop in when Liquid Art House opens next month!
It was an absolute pleasure to host the Liquid Art House team, and we wish them the best of luck with their opening. We can't wait to go for a visit! For news and updates, follow them on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
And stay tuned for the next installment of our Restaurant R&D series!
